I lack any for...Always good to hear from you, John. I lack any formal education in poetry or any other kind of creative writing. So, what little I know is self-taught. The most useful definition I have heard for poetry comes from Samuel Taylor Coleridge, who said (close paraphrase here), prose is words in their best order, poetry is the best words in the best order.
